Establishment of Canada-Bulgaria Inter Parliamentary Friendship Group in the Canadian Parliament
The event was sponsored by Senator Yonah Martin and held in the Senate
His Excellency Nikolay Milkkov, consular staff and leaders of the Bulgarian Canadian community witnessed the historic founding meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group. Ralitsa Tcholakova gave a brilliant violin performance to celebrate the historic evening. "
